There is so much free upskilling content on the Internet, that it can hard to know where to start. What are the best free courses? Who can be a trusted authority on a subject? What will move fast enough to be worth my time, but not lose me in the details?

For example, do you want to learn about AI, but you aren’t sure where to get started? I would recommend you check out Amazon’s new free AI courses. There is a bunch of content for everyone from the novice beginner to the expert in the industry.

Here are two places to get started today.

First, check out this YouTube playlist of Generative AI Foundations on AWS. This is a fantastic way to learn about what makes up a foundation model, how to decide on the right one, what is prompt engineering, and how to deploy it into a production environment.

Second, log in to your AWS account and start exploring the AI/ML content from AWS. Amazon has a lot of free guides, videos, content and FAQs. To be fair, the main goal appears to be passing Amazon’s one certification exams, and there might be some other resources with more bang for your buck.
